Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Standard Shipping to all customers within the United States.

Please note: Estimated delivery times include both processing and transit time.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48-72 hours. You can track your Lankio product as it makes its way to you via our website.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LanKio is responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our website. 

4. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Pls feel free to contact hello@lankio.com if this case.

5. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. For first time purchaser, we strongly reccomend you register the account for easier to contact you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a reshipping fee may apply.
